One of the first things you'll learn or hear about when you take your first steps into UX design is this magical thing called "Design Thinking". Design Thinking is oftentimes presented as a process UX designers use to design user-centred solutions. This process takes designers through an initial phase of understanding the user, towards problem definition and ideation to end with a prototype that can be tested with users. After that testing phase, the cycle repeats. Emphasise, define, ideate, prototype, test.
